Welcome to PixelPerfector (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of our photo retouching services, website, and any related applications or tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Please note the following:

  • The terms "us," "we," "our," refer to PixelPerfector
  • A "Visitor" is defined as any individual who accesses our website or service pages without being a registered client.
  • A "Verified Member" is defined as an individual or entity that has completed the registration process and been successfully verified as a client of PixelPerfector.
  • Our "Service" encompasses the features, tools, and functionality made available to clients via the website.
  • "Content" refers to all images, text, data, information, and graphics displayed on the website for visitors, users, members, or clients. All content and images are protected by copyright. Unauthorized modification, alteration, or redesign of any website content is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized use of content, including infringement, copying, or reproduction, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law. Legal action will be pursued against any such violations.

1. Service Description

We provide professional photo retouching services, including but not limited to color correction, background removal, skin retouching, and other image enhancement services. You may submit your photos to us for retouching, and we will deliver the edited images based on your instructions and our professional judgment.

2. TEST / Free Trial

We offer a free trial for anyone requiring post-processing, whether for a few images or a large volume. Your first image can be processed at no cost across all our services.

To request a free trial, please provide the following details: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Country, the required service (e.g., Photo Retouching, Jewelry Retouching, Real Estate Photo Editing, eCommerce Photo Editing, Ghost Mannequin, Photo Cutout, Creative Graphic Design), the total number of images in your project, and any specific instructions. Once your information is verified, we will begin processing your image for the free trial.

The free trial includes essential services such as photo retouching, recoloring, clipping path, background removal, teeth enhancement, skin retouching, jewelry retouching, exposure adjustment, image masking, wrinkle removal, object removal, and other basic retouching tasks. Please note that advanced editing or high-end retouching services are not covered under the free trial. For complex projects or bulk image processing, please contact us directly.

When you use our free trial service, an account will be automatically generated for you in our Portal.

3. Quote & Order

To receive a complimentary quote for our services, simply complete and submit the form. Your quotation will be based on the number of images, the complexity of retouching, and the required delivery time.

Your quotation will be issued in US dollars (USD$) as part of your “Get a Quote” submission. If you require the quote in your local currency, please feel free to make a request, and we will be happy to accommodate.

4. Process of Order

You can place order using our website or Email/ WhatsApp /direct Call. We will edit the images based on your instructions and ensure timely delivery. The completed images can be provided through FTP, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other preferred method.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to the following:  

  • You are the rightful owner of or have legal permission to use and edit any photos you submit to us.
  • You will not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
  • You will provide clear and accurate instructions for the retouching services you request.
  • You understand that the quality of the final retouched images may depend on the quality of the original photos submitted.

6. Turnaround Time

We strive to deliver retouched images within the agreed timeframe. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We will communicate any delays and provide an updated delivery timeline if necessary.

Please be advised that Sunday is observed as an official office holiday, and no operations are conducted on this day. As a result, orders placed on Saturday will be processed and delivered on Monday. For clients requiring Sunday processing, we offer an additional shift option subject to an overtime fee. To avail this service, you must contact us prior to placing your order and agree to the applicable overtime charges.

Turnaround time may be impacted by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, regional disruptions, or national emergencies. PixelPerfector cannot be held liable for delays arising from these circumstances beyond our control.

7. Pricing

The pricing and packages featured on our website serve as illustrative guides, providing an overview of the general price range. The final cost of services will be determined based on factors such as the complexity of the images, the required turnaround time, and any expedited delivery requests.

Please note that a processing fee will be applied to orders with an invoice total of $5 or less.

All standard prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Criteria for Defining Complexity:

  • Multiple objects or elements within a single image
  • Complex retouching requirements
  • Significant curves or intricate shapes
  • Fine-edge detailing
  • Images with extensive or intricate details
  • Aged or damaged images (e.g., torn, ripped, burned, or soaked)
  • Significant curves or intricate shapes

8. Payment Method

The prices displayed on our website are denominated in US Dollars ($); however, your invoice will reflect the equivalent amount in your local currency.

Orders from European countries including Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, French Guiana,  Greece, Ireland,  Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro,  Portugal,  Slovakia, Slovenia,  San Marino, Saint Pierre and Miquelon,  and Vatican City, will be billed in Euros (EUR).

For orders originating from Australia, transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Similarly, Canadian orders are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), while orders from the United Kingdom are charged in British Pounds (GBP).

The currency for your account is automatically assigned based on your country of residence and cannot be modified.

We utilize Payoneer as our primary payment gateway. Payments can be processed through PayPal, debit or credit cards, or bank transfer. Please note that bank transfers may require 7-10 business days to complete. For optimal efficiency, we recommend using our automated payment gateways.

For your security, we do not store any credit or debit card details. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways, such as Payonner and PayPal. You will be redirected to their platforms to complete your transaction safely.

9. Image Replacement after Order

For any requests to replace photos, please reach out to us directly. Please be advised that once images have entered the processing stage, replacements cannot be accommodated.

10. Redo /Revision Policy

We provide multiple revisions within ten (10) days of downloading your images. Please note that requests for revisions will not be accepted after this period.

Revisions must be consistent with the original editing instructions. Any requests that conflict with the initial guidelines will be treated as a new order.

Revisions must adhere to the original instructions provided at the time of order placement. Any requests that deviate from these instructions will be considered a new order.

For bulk revision requests, please contact us as soon as possible. Revisions are limited to minor edits or enhancements that align with the original instructions.

Requests for substantial changes or new instructions will be regarded as a new order and reflected in your invoice.

13. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our work and can provide valid justification. In instances where satisfaction is partial, a proportional refund may be available. Please note, however, that if raw image files (such as .psd or .tif) are requested, the maximum refund will be capped at 50%.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the highest standards of service quality, we have established specific guidelines for image submissions. By submitting images, you agree **not** to upload or transmit any of the following materials through our services:

To streamline the order process, we have introduced a specialized Portal. Through your Portal account, you can efficiently create orders, submit image editing instructions, process secure payments, and upload or download images. Furthermore, you gain access to comprehensive features, including your Order History, Completed Orders, Unpaid Invoices, Total Amount Due, as well as details on your Latest Orders and Latest Invoices.

  • Images that are pornographic, abusive, inappropriate, harmful to individuals or groups, promote racism, or are unlawful.
  • Images submitted from anonymous or falsified sources.
  • Images that violate our established rules and regulations.
  • Images that infringe upon publicity, copyrights, or intellectual property rights without proper legal authorization.
  • Images depicting or encouraging inappropriate behavior involving minors under the age of 18, including any content that may be construed as child exploitation or pornography.
  • Images that endorse or support terrorist organizations or activities.

By using our services, you agree to adhere to these guidelines and refrain from submitting such materials. PixelPerfector is not liable for the content of images submitted by clients. We reserve the right to:

  1. Move, delete, or modify any submission as necessary.
  2. Take appropriate measures to address any misuse of our services.

We provide a 30-day image backup service. After this period, we are not responsible for any deleted data, and any loss beyond this timeframe cannot be attributed to PixelPerfector.

By submitting content or images, you confirm that they do not violate copyright laws, cause harm, or result in complaints. You assume full responsibility for any such violations. PixelPerfector is not liable for any claims arising from unauthorized submissions, and you agree to indemnify us against any resulting damages, losses, or legal actions.

In the event of a copyright claim, we reserve the right to suspend the viewing or display of the disputed images until the issue is resolved. Additionally, if a client is involved in unlawful activities, we may provide relevant information to law enforcement or appropriate authorities.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of any photos you submit to us. By submitting your photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the photos solely for the purpose of providing the retouching services.

Our Work: The retouched images we deliver are based on your original content. You will own the final retouched images once full payment is received. However, we reserve the right to use the retouched images for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website, social media) unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

14. Privacy

The current Privacy Policy of PixelPerfector is accessible on the Site and is incorporated herein by reference. We strongly advise you to carefully review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices and your rights.
